What are Move Your Horse listings and what are the requirements to get listed?

Our listings are based on a search-driven approach: customers do not see all transporters, only those who can potentially help with the specific route they enter. We also display a price estimate for each transporter, which is why adding your pricing details is required.

Do I have to accept an order at the estimated price?

No, not at all. Customers are informed that the displayed price is only an estimate. The final price may vary depending on multiple factors and will be discussed directly with you as the transporter.

Do I have to pay to appear in search results?

No. Being listed is completely free. You may choose the optional paid verification to increase your trust level and your visibility in search results.

How do requests work?

In addition to searching the database, customers can submit a request to receive offers from transporters. This helps customers find more affordable options than standard rates, and helps transporters fill empty load space.
Once the service is activated, you will see all client requests that match your business criteria (location, number of horses, vehicle type, etc.).
If a request is interesting to you, you can unlock the contact details and message the client directly with your offer. Unlocking is paid, and while it doesn’t guarantee you will get the job, your chances are high if your offer is competitive.

Do you take any commission from orders?

No. You negotiate and work directly with the client, and 100% of the payment is yours.

Why do I already have money in my balance, and how can I use it?

Every newly registered horse transport business receives a welcome bonus, which can be used on any paid service in your account.

Do you offer a free trial for subscriptions?

We do not offer a traditional free trial, but you can test any service using your welcome bonus. This lets you experience all the benefits before choosing a subscription.
